All items sold at our stores & website come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (excludes special order/custom items). If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we¹ll accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the goods back.

Next Steps:

  • Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number within 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.
  • All returns require an RGA number and need to be in like “new” (unused) condition, without showing signs of wear or damage and returned with all original packaging.
  • A copy of the original sales receipt/packing slip must accompany all returns.
  • Ensure the RGA number is clearly visible on the outside surface of the shipping container.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a valid RGA number.
  • Items returned without contacting us prior to returning, will NOT be accepted.
  • Items returned between 30 to 90 calendar days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items returned after 90 calendar days will not be accepted.
  • All special or custom order items, including tools & electrical items, are considered not returnable for any reason other than a manufacturer’s product defect.
  • Refunds involving electrical items are contingent upon inspection &/or re-testing of the item by the product’s manufacturer. Please allow 30-60 calendar days for this process to be complete & credit issued if an item is found to be a manufacturer’s defect.
  • If an item is received damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges on authorized returns if it is determined the seller is not at fault.
