Deposit Amount: The deposit amount required to initiate the purchase of the golf cart is 20% of the total purchase price.
- 2. Non-Refundable Nature: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the deposit is submitted, it will not be returned to the customer for any reason, including but not limited to order cancellations, changes in preference, or any other factors.
- 3. Order Confirmation: The deposit serves as confirmation of your intent to purchase the specified golf cart model. It secures the availability of the selected model and initiates the process of fulfilling your order.
- 4. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the purchase price (80% of the total) must be paid in full 10 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup of the golf cart. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your order, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- 5. Order Changes: Any changes to the order, including model, specifications, and additional features, must be communicated and confirmed with Sunecarts in writing. Changes may affect the final price and delivery timeline. Changes cannot be made once the vehicle is in production without an additional assembly fee.
- 6. Delivery Timeline: The estimated delivery or pickup timeline provided at the time of purchase is subject to change based on availability, production schedules, and other factors beyond the control of SuneCarts.
- 7. Quality Assurance: Prior to finalizing the sale, SuneCarts will ensure that the golf cart is in satisfactory condition, adhering to quality standards. If any defects or issues are identified, they will be addressed before the completion of the purchase.
- 8. Limited Warranty: The golf cart will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified in the warranty documentation provided with the purchase. Warranty terms and coverage are subject to the manufacturer’s policies.
- 9. Cancellation by SuneCarts: In the unlikely event that SuneCarts is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.
